NLP Trainers in Australia
NLP Trainers in Australia
Having been at a networking event yesterday and speaking with a lovely lady who has just completed her NLP Trainiers Training last week in Florida, made me aware of the issues that seem to be all too often limiting the vast Australian community of NLP Trainers from attracting our Australian students to train with us here in Australia. Why?
Firstly, I must admit to myself doing a lot of trainings with international trainers, now we have many talented and experienced NLP trainers here in Australia who are not being recognised, mainly because of the inability to attract large numbers to their trainings, one of the main reasons is the excellent marketing the overseas trainers engage in.
Having completed another NLP Practitioner level training and now beginning another, listening and observing the participants makes me realise that the possibilities and opportunities that are within the NLP model is endless and forever evolving. The feedback is so rewarding and is the reason I continue to offer a different style of training. I choose to train over 4 months, and spread out the learning so my trainees can integrate and layer their learnings and fit it in more easily with their personal and professional lives, there are many trainings being offered over the seven days straight,
Are their Australian NLP Trainers out there who would like to be a part of a national register where we can promote our trainings and belong to an organisation that will provide credibility without having to be linked to overseas organisations as a pre-requisite. Then it is a choice if they do.
I beleive there is enough of us that could benefit from working together in being instrumental in setting up a non-profit association to support the NLP trainings in Australia.
Having Trained over the last 20 yrs with a lot of International trainers myself, who have all been a part of me creating and introducing my own individual NLP Practitioner which gives my participants a unique training different from one man’s model. There are many Australian trainers who I have trained with and assisted over the last 20 years who have made a great impact on my work today.
Being open to learning has given me some wonderful experiences, and some massive learnings that have made an impact on my personal life and my trainings, therefore benefitting my trainees.
I would love to hear from Australian NLP Trainers who are interested in being a part of a bigger community of like minded people.
Have a wonderful Day
